In the framework of a technology-oriented start-ups with the cooperation partners, CiS Erfurt and the TU Ilmenau a modular dew point measurement system was developed and introduced as an innovative product.
The coating thickness gauge "FISCHERSCOPE ® X-ray XULM ®" layer thickness, especially from precious metal coatings and coating systems as well as for material analysis is used for determining high-precision. FISCHERSCOPE ®, XULM ® are X-ray tube and detector system positioned below the reference. This results in a measuring direction from bottom to top. This offers special advantages for the measurement of small parts with frequently changing geometry as the smallest parts of the housing or electrical contact pins.
For the simulation of industrial atmosphere, i.e. vapour, air containing sulfuric acid, the Kesternich test is used according to DIN EN ISO 6988 and DIN 50018. With the roughness measuring instrument WRT-160 (company Wolpert, Europe) the roughness of most diverse surface textures can be measured and be quantitatively seized and spent by the expenditure nearly all roughness parameter. The equipment has beside the drive unit also an amplifier unit. An integrated thermal printer makes among other things a fast comparison possible of several measurements. By the selection of different standards (DIN/ISO/JIS/ASME) measurements are accordingly these standards possible.
